Due to the limited nature of Alder releases, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.

Please carefully review the product description and size guide before placing your order.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified once processing or fulfilment has begun.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution where required.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made or allocated specifically for upcoming production and are final sale once production/fulfilment has commenced. Estimated shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to reasonable production or logistical delays.
